Industrial/Conceptual Product Design: Conceptual engineering is an important phase of the development process, in which rapid idea capture is paramount. Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Tooling: Rapid prototyping provides a conceptual physical representative model of a part fro design visualization and lab tests. Engineers can use this to check form and fit and perform limited functional tests. This enables design verification easy like never before. NESTech has channel partners for rapid prototyping, we can provide Sintered Metal , SLA, LOM and ABS prototypes of product designs. We also provide Rapid Tooling for plastic injection molded components and Investment castings. Parameterization & Customization - Automation of Model Generation CAD/CAM software packages offer very versatile and generic capabilities that can be reasonably used "out-of-the-box" by most users. However, customization of software functionality can significantly boost productivity of the design office, while improving compliance with company standards and practices. NESTech can expand the capabilities of the "standard" CAD software packages by writing program code, including integrating custom applications with basic package. Today CAD software offer abandon possibility of automation
and customization.
