Stemming from the latest technological evolutions in electronics and
optics, KREON ZEPHYR is the most precise and fastest non contact
laser sensor that can be found on the market.
User-friendly and efficient, this new multipurpose and time-saving laser
sensor can be adapted to numerous stages of the manufacturing process.
With its non contact and fast acquiring particularities, by no means
comparable to that of a touch probe, the KREON ZEPHYR is the answer
to your needs in reverse engineering and inspection in workshop
environnement, research departements or metrology laboratories.
Fixed on a robotic arm, its handy-size and light-weight
allow to digitize in record time all kinds of objects, colors and
textures, even in the hardly reachable areas. Equipped with an elective
triggering off touch probe, the transition from the (relevé dense)
of the sensing point is done naturally and automatically.
Fixed on a three dimension automatic or manual machine, the
KREON
ZEPHYR becomes the ideal tool for the inspection of sheet steel,
plastic or mechanical items. PH 10 compatible (Kreon has the
Renishaw certification), it gets closer to traditional metrology while
providing a richer extensive quantity of information and an unqualled
measuring rapidity

CimCore’s Improved
3000i™ Series portable CMMs now incorporate features that improve operator
ergonomics and system performance. The 1.2m 3000i will measure to ± .005
mm in the Single Point Sphere Test. This performance makes 3000i arms well
suited for tight-tolerance work in the aerospace, automotive, off-road,
agricultural equipment and similar industries. 3000i™ arms are available
in 1.2-, 1.8-, 2.4-, 2.8-, 3.0-and 3.6 meter measuring envelopes.
3000i Series arms now ship with the NEW Battery Pack. The Battery Pack is
ideal for powering the arm (between 6 and 8 hours under normal conditions)
when AC power is not available.
