CAD TO PART COMPARISON

Using our state of the art non contact laser scanning technology and powerful software, production part's scan date (point cloud or polygon data) and existing CAD model are superimposed to find deviations of the produced part from the originally designed CAD model. This method is extremely fast and accurate method to inspect complex parts, during tool qualification stage. We also provide this inspection analysis report along with all our reverse engineering projects to the customer to aid them to quickly validate 3D models created by reverse engineering process.

TOOL AND DIE VERIFICATION

NESTech can provide  comprehensive analysis of feature locations and deviations from a CAD model on complex real world parts/tool/die.

3D MEASUREMENT

We can measure and validate 3D free form surfaces of complex parts, Assembly positions, welding fixtures, checking gauges, structural parts, dies, jigs by way of 3D measurement capability of system and deviation reports given immediately.
